A New Direction

I started this blog in 2005. My reason for creating “The Blogging Boss” was to speak to those in the workforce who struggled with bad management. I targeted bad management and how it affects us whether we are managers or not. The topics have become broader, at times not even relevant to the workplace.

I have been featured in newspapers(syndicated columnist), participated in public radio interviews, quoted in CNNMoney/Fortunes Small Business, etc. This little blog among the vast blogosphere has had a voice, albeit a small voice.

My readership remains consistent. I get great questions from readers.

And yet, I feel like I need more focus. I feel like I am whispering in a crowd of people.
